Why shouldn't I hire a full-time designer?
You should! If you can afford it. And if all you need is design. IJWP offers more than what a typical designer can provide. At a price that’s less than a designer’s salary.
How do I submit a design request?
Through your personal job board on Trello, which is set up for you when you join. You can write a brief, share documents or send videos — however you want to kickoff a project. We’ll be in touch if we need more information.
What happens if I need to pause?
Not a problem at all. Pause when you need to and come back when you have additional design needs. We’ll pick up where we left off.
Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, no. We can’t offer refunds. But you can cancel anytime.
What if I just want to party?
Cool! Just let us know where. We’ll be there.
